The Company:
HERES is a fast growing law firm with offices in Moscow, Paris, London and Bogota, having a balanced portfolio of corporate / individual clients.
We are looking for a talented law student to join our Moscow office as a Legal Intern. As our Legal Intern, you will be exposed to various tasks, including research on corporate, commercial, tax, real estate and labour matters, contract drafting, registration procedures, etc. Legal Intern will support a team of lawyers and partners with perspective to becoming Junior Lawyer.

Responsibilities:
• Research substantive legal issues of corporate, commercial, tax, real estate, IP, labour matters
• Draft corporate documentation, commercial agreements, labour agreements, etc
• Register commercial entities, cooperate with state authorities and banks on various formalities
• Deal with migration formalities for foreign (mostly French) officials of our corporate clients
• Assist lawyers and partners with their projects
• Collaborate with fast growing domestic and international team of lawyers in view of providing best service to clients and developing the firm

The Candidate:
• Must be a law student entering his last year of studies at a nationally-accredited law school (preference to MGU, MGIMO, HSE) or CUF student
• Russian native speaker fluent in English and French (oral and written)
• Strong academic record
• Responsible, well organized, with positive attitude and eagerness to help wherever and whenever needed
• Able to keep confidentiality of sensitive information
